Job DescriptionJob Description JOB DETAILS Base Pay: $17 per hour + $1 Shift Differential Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 6PM start time. Must be able to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed. Benefits start day 1 On Demand Pay - access your pay when you need it DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Production Associates help in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols. • Pouring and Demolding of product, • Quality Control and packaging of finished products, • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, • Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment, • Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your handsQualifications, • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounter while performing the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations, • While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand, • The associate is required to walk: reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; turning or twisting; pushing; and talk or hear, • While performing the duties of this job, the average plant temperature conditions range from 60°ree; in the cooler months and up to 110°ree; during the warmer months, • All workstations on the plant floor require the use of protective eyewear and hearing protection; some work stations require additional safety equipment to include but not limited to gloves, aprons and arm guards, • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist, • Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for duration of shift, • At least 18 years of age, • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, • Ability to read and interpret common statistical data, productivity reports, and written instructions, • Safe work performance is required from each Associate at all times, • Perform all duties and responsibilities safely in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals, • Required to wear or use personal protective equipment as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions, • Comply with all legislative requirements as outlined by Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations, • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
