    About the Role: We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with clients in the area to implement behavioral services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting individuals with autism. Our BTs are dedicated and compassionate professionals who provide exceptional ABA services to a variety of clients. Role Responsibilities: • Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism., • Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress., • Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and any observed changes in behavior is crucial., • Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA., • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including BCBAs, other RBTs, and parents/guardians., • Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors., • Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders. Job Requirements: • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician to be considered for this role (we will verify), • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent., • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field., • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills., • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws. Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role. • Ability to lift, carry, and move therapy materials, toys, and equipment used during therapy sessions., • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, bend, and move between seated and standing positions throughout sessions., • Ability to actively engage with children during therapy sessions, which may include play-based activities, movement, and transitioning between environments., • Ability to remain attentive and responsive to ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Other Job Information: • Typical work hours range from 10-25 per week., • Most cases will start after 3 pm, Monday-Friday.
