The Field Technician is expected to travel to stores 100% of the time and be on-site at locations daily to complete maintenance. This is a hands on role. Key Responsibilities: • Maintenance Audits: Ensure General Managers and teams complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists accurately and consistently., • Process & Scheduling: Maintain maintenance schedules for all equipment., • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and water system issues., • Safety Optimization: Uphold a clean, safe work environment by enforcing Spark’s safety policies and procedures., • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of parts, tools, and key equipment components., • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors to procure equipment, schedule service, and manage relationships., • Installation Support: Assist with equipment delivery and setup during new store openings or remodels, working closely with the Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams., • Reporting: Document and report on all equipment downtime, repair activity, and facility-related concerns.
