The Property Manager is responsible for the professional management of all assigned properties and personnel. The tasks required of this position will require flexibility, excellent organization, and attention to detail. The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving commercial and residential real estate assets and monitoring the fiscal performance of the assigned properties. Maintain a schedule of service contracts by property, to include vendor selection and relations. Experience or skill performing administrative tasks, to include good phone etiquette when answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, office administration, data entry, filing as needed. Experience or skill managing disputes amongst tenants and staff. Property Reporting, and Accounting Comprehensive knowledge of Section 8, Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing laws and regulations at the state and federal government levels Experience in sales, lease closing and tenant negotiations Prepare monthly comprehensive management reports for all residential and commercials tenants, including various analyses as requested. Prepare and manage annual operating budgets. Review real estate tax assessments, and coordinate appeals when necessary. Coordinate collection efforts of accounts receivable. This will include the preparation of past due statements and correspondence with delinquent tenants. Review annual expense reconciliations and handle correspondence with tenants. Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on computer. Other duties and tasks as assigned. Job Description This role focuses on field-based work: performing environmental inspections, observing construction progress, and ensuring compliance. We are seeking an Environmental monitor to conduct required inspections on active utility and construction sites across the state of New York. The Senior Counselor helps children adjust to camp according to camp rules and safety precautions, forms cohesive groups and enjoy their activities. They will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the variety of activities on regular camp days and supports the efforts of the Camp Director, and Specialists in all aspects of camp activities. SportsSpecialist The Sports Specialist will lead campers in recreational/sports/organized games for each group. Must be able to provide group sessions during inclement weather.
