As part of the Irrigation team at John Mini, you will be responsible for: • Assisting with irrigation and lighting installations, repairs, startups, and shutdowns, • Supporting the Supervisor with daily service needs across client sites, • Maintaining a clean and organized job site at all times, • Communicating client requests and site observations to supervisors and account managers, • Operating common hand tools and small equipment safely, • Documenting services performed and materials used, • Someone with 2-4 years of experience., • Someone who enjoys working outdoors and in all weather conditions, • Someone with a strong work ethic and eye for detail, • Someone who is comfortable learning on the job and solving problems hands-on, • Basic understanding of irrigation systems, • Strong communication skills, • Valid NY/NJ drivers license preferred, • Comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, and climbing This includes medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, & a variety of supplemental plans, and company-sponsored virtual health care/mental health care, at no cost to the employee!
