The Project Lead provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the mission and 4 P’s of Towne Housing Real Estate. They perform all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: • Plan and lead remodel projects from start to finish, including unit turns, common area upgrades, and exterior improvements., • Coordinate with property managers to schedule work and minimize tenant disruption., • Supervise in-house technicians and subcontractors while on-site., • Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, building codes, and safety regulations., • Order and track delivery of materials and equipment., • Maintain clear communication with property managers, residents (when applicable), and executive staff., • Provide regular project updates, including timelines, budget status, and work progress., • Ensure all work adheres to OSHA standards and local building codes. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in residential/commercial remodeling or construction (preferably in property management or multifamily housing)., • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction or maintenance teams., • Strong knowledge of remodeling trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC., • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings., • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills., • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation., • Be a role model for the 4 P’s, • Effective communication, • Professional phone etiquette, • Positive attitude (Growth Mindset), • Understanding of computer task driven systems This is a fast-paced, growing company.
