Job responsibilities include: Scheduling patients on EMR (computer system), light cleaning, transporting patients to treatment rooms, getting pre authorizations and pre certifications over the phone on through availity, collecting copays, basic computer knowledge, obtaining referral, and scanning in paperwork to the computer.
