Work Model:The selected candidate will be required to work full time on-site at our facilityatEl Segundo, CA What You'll Be Doing • Participatein multi-disciplinary engineering teams in development and analysis of future network architectures and requirements, • Analyze and simulate complex network architectures and protocols, • Engage in systems architecture definition, development, analysis, modeling & simulation, and prototype development/validation, • Innovate through specialized technical studies and internal research and development (R&D) projects to develop the next generation of Space and Ground network concepts, architectures, and technologies, • Participatein development of data analysis and post-processing tools, • Support development and sustainment of core network simulation, emulation, and modeling capabilities What You Need to be Successful -Member of Technical Staff Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline., • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, OSI and TCP/IP models and in network design, analysis, and modeling & simulation., • Applied research in analytical, simulation, and/or experimental skills., • Experience in software development in Python or C/C++., • Ability to present results effectively in briefings and technical reports., • Willing to travel, as needed (up to 10%), • This position requires the ability to obtain andmaintaina security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. Government. U.S. citizenship isrequiredto obtain a security clearance. In addition to the above, the minimum requirements forSenior Member of Technical Staff: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, OSI and TCP/IP models and in network design, analysis, and modeling &simulation.
