Bang Cookies is seeking a passionate and inquisitive staff member to join our team. Although the ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of cookies and baked goods, experience is not required, but highly preferable. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high quality and consistency of our products and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of cookies, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards. Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ovens, counters, floors, etc. Quality Control: Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure the final products meet our quality standards. Inventory: Track and report inventory levels of pucks(frozen cookie dough) and supplies, and assist in ordering as needed.
