About the Role: The Manager of Clinical Operations Nursing is a frontline nursing leader responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations, staffing execution, and performance management of nursing services. The IVF Nurse Coordinator is expected to function independently in the role as well as in a team environment. Utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed lens, individualized assessment and counseling (telehealth or virtual) services are delivered both in-person and virtually at Project Contact Outpatient at the Center for Recovery and Wellness. Schedule: (3) Weekdays - 10am to 6pm, (2) Weekdays - 12pm to 8pm, and a rotating weekend once a month.
