Job Description Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join their Kansas City team! Responsibilities: • Build/maintain client relationships, • Lead/supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians, • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget, • Mentor/train junior staff, • Prepare project estimates and job proposals, • Responsible for financial performance of projects Requirements: • Professional Surveyor (PS), • 8+ years of surveying experience, • Perform/manage land surveys including property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions and topographic surveys, • Valid driver’s license Salary is commensurate with experience.
