Job DescriptionSalary: $50,000 to $56,000 Pay - $50,000 to $56,000 first year expected total comp *Paid hourly at $22-25 per hour and incentives and bonuses. Hours - 8 hours days Monday - Friday - typically 830am to 430pm Location - Corporate Office is at 169 & Barry Road in the Northland, Kansas City, MO ---Beautifully remodeled space! This is an in office position; not remote. SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll talk to many healthcare employee "new hires" all day every day! Currently our Talent Ambassadors will each manage a region (aka Houston, TX, Denver, CO, Kansas City, etc) and after a recruiter has made a job offer to someone in your region, you'll work with that individual to begin being their personal concierge to get their onboarding requirements completed. You'll spend time helping them look at their email tasks and get items checked off their list! When you're not doing that, you'll be managing the people you're still waiting on to finish all items and start WORKING! You will assist them with all new hire paperwork and activities like policy reviews, benefits review and questions, completing W4's and I9, uploading I9 documents and more. You will be contacting new hires daily to politely and successfully nudge them to do more and get it done! You also need to have an eye for detail because you will be responsible for very quickly catching mistakes people make on their paperwork and immediately getting them to redo it! You also might be asked to do other tasks that pertain to Talent Acquisition or HR or Recruiting as these three divisions at Cascade work very closely and back each other up as needed. The position requires a lot of follow up, extreme attention to detail and prompting people to complete online paperwork. Multi-tasking is a must! The right candidate will be able to take on several projects at once, deal with numerous interruptions throughout the day, and still complete assignments by their deadlines. We are seeking a creative problem-solver, able to analyze a project or situation quickly, and resolve issues with little to no supervision. We are seeking an open-minded individual that can handle rapid changes with a positive attitude. Must have the ability to prioritize tasks based on important deadlines. The company is experiencing growth and we are extremely busy and there is not any down time involved! EXPERIENCE OR QUALITIES YOU NEED Honestly, we are willing to consider anyone who believes they could slay this role. We'd love the old college degree, a few years of successful "people interaction" experience, blah blah blah. But really, we are seeking people who have talent, natural abilities, great attitudes, stable personalities, excellent morals and integrity, confidence in themselves and who they are so they can communicate with about any type of individual A person who is self motivated and fully accountable will be our pick. Things that are non negotiable to be successful and long term are: Accuracy in your data entry, speedy data entry, an eye for detail, ability to focus when sometimes the surroundings are distracting, ability to learn quickly, etc. Our atmosphere is a bit like wall street - it gets loud and overwhelming so you have to be able to focus and thrive in it! Also worth noting - you have to have no fear of making lots of calls and convincing people to do things they want to get "lazy" with and put off or not do even though they know they need to. You must be convincing and a high achiever with no fear!
