Job Description Reporting to NESN’s Head of Sales, Dining Playbook + Meet Boston’s Brand Partnerships Manager will play a key leadership role in producing and managing some of New England’s most successful lifestyle programming alongside Emmy Award winners Billy Costa and Jenny Johnson. This role will oversee the execution of integrated brand partnerships, client relationships, content initiatives, experiential activations, and multi-platform marketing campaigns across Dining Playbook, Meet Boston, and related lifestyle properties. The Brand Partnerships Manager will serve as a central connector between clients, talent, production, creative, events, social media, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional partner experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, relationship-driven, and passionate about hospitality, lifestyle content, events, and brand storytelling across television, digital, social, and experiential platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Help optimize team workflows, communication, and day-to-day operations across lifestyle programming initiatives., • Lead and manage integrated partnership executions from concept through completion across on-air, digital, social, and experiential campaigns, • Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients and partners, ensuring strong communication, organization, and relationship management, • Collaborate with internal teams including production, creative, sales, marketing, social media, and talent to execute partnership deliverables and campaigns, • Develop partnership presentations, campaign concepts, one-sheets, and marketing materials for prospective and existing partners, • Oversee client deliverables, timelines, approvals, recaps, and asset tracking across all platforms, • Coordinate and manage branded content shoots including client communication, scheduling, logistics, prep, and production support, • Work closely with on-air talent, producers, videographers, editors, and social teams to ensure successful content execution, • Manage and oversee social media campaigns and digital content initiatives tied to partnerships and programming, • Create client recap presentations highlighting campaign performance, exposure, and partnership value, • Assist in planning and executing client hospitality events, influencer activations, experiential marketing initiatives, and promotional events throughout the year, • Build and maintain relationships within the hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, entertainment, and local business communities throughout New England, • Stay current on regional lifestyle, hospitality, restaurant, travel, and entertainment trends to identify new partnership and content opportunities We believe in the potential within every individual. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, content production, experiential marketing, events, client services, public relations, or related fields, • Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns, branded content, social media initiatives, and/or experiential activations preferred, • Strong understanding of digital media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and social media platforms, • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail, • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving work environment, • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also collaborating across multiple teams and departments, • Passion for hospitality, lifestyle programming, entertainment, events, and brand storytelling, • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with project management platforms and marketing tools preferred, • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong leadership presence, • Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional nights, weekends, and events, • Must embrace NESN Core Values: People, Customer Focus, Adaptability, Teamwork, Diversity, Integrity, Accountability, Passion, and Social Responsibility The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. The final offer will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
