The aide ensures quality, safety, and continuity of care by assisting with daily activities and observing/reporting patient conditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene Support mobility and prescribed exercises Help with medication self-administration Prepare meals and assist with feeding Light housekeeping and laundry Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Observe and report changes in patient condition Accurately document care provided Qualifications Valid C.N.A. license in State of Pennsylvania At least 18 years old Ability to read, follow instructions, and document care Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license- must be able to commute between 3-6 patients a day.
