Job DescriptionBenefits: • Employee discounts, • Health insurance Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide Front and Back Office to join our fast-paced, multi-disciplinary clinic. This role supports both the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and an outstanding patient experience. Youll be responsible for assisting providers, preparing treatment rooms, managing front desk tasks, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment. Our team includes medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and moreall working together to help patients achieve their health goals without relying on drugs or surgery. Success Looks Like • Patients are greeted warmly, treated with professionalism, and efficiently cared for by both front and back office teams, • Treatment rooms are consistently clean, sanitized, and prepped to support smooth patient flow, • Staff members work collaboratively across roles and departments to provide high-quality, integrated care, • Front and back office functions are handled with attention to detail and urgency, creating an excellent overall patient experienceObjectives, • Assist with checking in and rooming patients, taking vitals, and collecting medical histories, • Prepare treatment areas and assist with therapies such as heat, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic ultrasound, • Ensure cleanliness and safety by sanitizing all equipment and surfaces between each patient, • Support providers during therapy sessions and assist with documentation, charting, and paperwork, • Manage front desk duties including check-in/check-out, reminder calls, scanning, faxing, and coordination of appointments, • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office to ensure cleanliness and organizationCompetencies, • Patient Support & Customer Service Ability to interact with patients in a professional, empathetic, and welcoming manner, • Multi-Tasking & Time Management Handle clinical and administrative tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment, • Technical Proficiency Familiarity with EMR systems, printers/scanners, and multi-line phone systems, • Clinical Assistance Comfort with therapy set-up and basic patient care procedures, • Cleanliness & Safety Committed to maintaining a sanitary, safe, and welcoming clinical space, • Team Collaboration Works well with a diverse team of providers and support staff, • Communication Strong verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues, • Professionalism Reliable, punctual, and presents a positive, solutions-oriented attitudeEducation and Experience, • Prior experience in a healthcare, physical therapy, or chiropractic office (preferred), • High school diploma or equivalent (required), • Training in basic vital signs and therapy assistance (preferred), • CPR/BLS certification (preferred or ability to obtain upon hire)Physical Requirements, • Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods, • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and assisting patients as needed, • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds (equipment or patient support), • Manual dexterity for performing therapy setups and using equipment If this opportunity resonates with you, send us your resume!
