This role plays a key part in promoting employee health, wellness, and regulatory compliance. 💼 Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties • Answer phones, greet visitors, manage scheduling, and prepare EMR documentation, • Maintain clinic metrics, budget tracking, and reporting, • Coordinate meetings and support wellness initiatives, • Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and confidentiality regulations Clinical Duties • Perform basic screenings (vital signs, vision, phlebotomy, hearing, spirometry), • Prepare employees for exams and assist RN/Physician during evaluations, • Provide minor first aid under supervision, • Maintain medical surveillance records, • Support wellness events such as flu clinics and biometric screenings, • Participate in the Emergency Response Team ✅ Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Medical Assisting Certification, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • CPR/FA/AED certification (required within 90 days of hire) Preferred: • 3+ years of healthcare or HR administrative experience, • EMR experience, • Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA, • Experience with Workers’ Compensation
