Position: Resident Engineer Reports to: Project Manager Technical Responsibilities: • Manage daily field operations and staff activities for bridge rehabilitation work in compliance with the project requirements and NYCDOT standards. Communicate and coordinate with the construction contractor regarding their planned operations and confirm that expectations regarding quality and safety are aligned., • Chair and document progress and coordination meetings with contractors, NYCDOT personnel, and stakeholders., • Oversee staff’s management and control of all project documents, records and logs.
