Responsibilities • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for key business units, • Partner with the Shared Service Center ensuring compliance with US GAAP and corporate policies and procedures., • Serve as Business Partner to Business Operations leadership in order to achieve business objectives, • Perform operational statistical and metrics tracking and comparative analysis of long-term financials, evaluate financial performance and make recommendations to drive reaching business unit objectives., • Comprehend accounting, interpret financial reports, and understand key concepts (e.g., cash flow and profit margins) to make sound business decisions to drive strategic choices that align with financial goals, • Partner with Operational and Business leaders to ensure monthly/quarterly financial forecasts, long term plans and annual budgets are aligned to achieve corporate goals, • To effectively communicate business results, leverage data mining and other tools to gain a thorough understanding of the detail behind, revenue, expense, profits, etc., • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through timely identification of areas in need., • Compile and analyze financial information related to month-end close in partnership with the Shared Service Center, • Own the review and timely reporting of financial statements, • Support internal/external audits., • Perform special projects as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting required., • 7+ years of relevant work experience., • Ability to identify and resolve complex finance and accounting issues, • Perform off-cycle financial analysis as needed, • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills, • Able to effectively prioritize assignments and meet deadlines with accuracy, • Proven strategic and critical thinking skills, • Ability to grasp and resolve complex issues, • Able to identify innovative solutions to financial or operational business events, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint., • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
