Job Description Our Cleint has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Technology Standardization PMO. This is a pivotal role for the Program, and we are looking to recruit for a PMO who will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in all elements of the project lifecycle from Business Unit Engagement to technical delivery. The candidate will be required to be able to adapt throughout the lifecycle to meet the needs of this large Program This is a long term contract position that will be running through Decmeber 2026. This will be full time onsite in NYC ( Manahattan) Role and Responsibilities • Standardization and Governance: establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and procedures, • Providing Guidance and Support: offer expertise in project management methodologies, best practices, and tools., • Resource Management: assist in resource management, budgeting requirements, • Risk and Issue Management: help identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact project delivery, • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: track project progress against established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project health and performance, • Develop trusted relationships with the business unit leads and delivery teams in the region, • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, • Task-manage and coordinate a cross functional team, ensuring resources are managed efficiently to meet project objectives, • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track, • Monitoring and report progress through project milestones and resolving any roadblocks that arise, • Provide the Mobile Technology Standardization Program Lead with all relevant Program updates, • Liaise with global counterparts to ensure consistency and success across the Program, • Skilled in building and managing strong and effective multi discipline teams, • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographical & functional boundaries, • Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of leading technology projects/programs and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives, • This role requires an individual with strong communication skills.
