Job Description Senior Supply Planner – Face & Skin Portfolio Hybrid - 2/3 days a week Hackensack A growing consumer products company is seeking a high-potential Senior Supply Planner to own a key Face & Skin portfolio supporting several well-known personal care brands. This is not a transactional planning role. We are specifically looking for an agile, proactive, commercially aware supply chain leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex supply challenges, and wants the opportunity to help transform and elevate a growing global supply network. The ideal candidate comes from a best-in-class CPG environment (beauty, personal care, wellness, consumer products, etc.) and brings strong exposure to outsourced manufacturing, global supply planning, innovation launches, and cross-functional partnership — but is excited by the opportunity to step into a leaner, more entrepreneurial environment where they can have broader ownership and impact. What You’ll Do: • Own supply planning for a high-visibility Face & Skin portfolio, • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Marketing, PMO, and external manufacturing partners, • Support innovation launches, relaunches, sourcing transitions, and transformation initiatives, • Drive proactive problem solving across a global outsourced manufacturing network, • Improve planning processes and help elevate operational maturity, • Balance service, inventory, cost, and agility in a fast-changing environment What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of supply planning experience within CPG, beauty, personal care, wellness, or related consumer products, • Experience working with contract manufacturers and global/overseas supply networks, • Strong ERP/planning systems exposure within sophisticated planning environments, • Process improvement mindset and ability to operate proactively during ambiguity or supply disruption, • Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills, • Someone on the cusp of leadership who wants broader ownership and visibility Strong preference for backgrounds from companies such as: Reckitt, L’Oréal, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Kimberly-Clark, Coty, Henkel, Kenvue, Church & Dwight, Edgewell, Mondelez, Nestlé, PepsiCo, and similar environments.
