Our Interchange platform powers mobile applications, cloud services, data orchestration, analytics, and AI-driven interactions across millions of devices globally. We are hiring a Project Manager who can operate with structure, foresight, and strong stakeholder leadership across multi-phase digital programs. Position Summary The Project Manager leads cross-functional delivery across mobile apps, cloud services, IoT integrations, data pipelines, and AI/automation features. This role requires someone who can bring order to ambiguous problem spaces, guide stakeholders toward informed decisions, and ensure the team moves with predictable momentum. You will work directly with engineering, design, product, analytics, and client teams to plan, execute, and deliver multi-workstream programs using Station’s Interchange platform. This is a high-visibility role that demands strong judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to align people who naturally operate with different incentives, constraints, and priorities. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Delivery • Develop clear work plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures from incomplete or evolving requirements., • Drive day-to-day execution across engineering, design, QA, and product teams, ensuring dependencies are resolved before they become blockers., • Maintain detailed project documentation, acceptance criteria, decision logs, and RAID tracking., • Oversee sprint activities and backlog quality; ensure delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and commitments., • Build alignment across internal team members, executives, and client partners by framing decisions, tradeoffs, and implications succinctly., • Anticipate areas of misalignment early and address them proactively before they surface as issues., • Escalate risks or constraints with structured reasoning and recommended actions., • Identify integration, compliance, data, and cross-system risks early in the planning cycle., • Develop mitigation paths and ensure they are owned and tracked., • Construct realistic testing and UAT plans that reflect actual user and system behavior., • Produce concise and executive-ready updates that focus on implications, tradeoffs, and required decisions., • Tailor communication style for engineering, design, product leadership, and external partners., • Understand how project decisions affect cost, licensing, resourcing, and long-term maintainability., • Partner with product and engineering on SOW creation, LOE estimation, and roadmap refinement., • Lead structured requirement-gathering sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders to define scope, functionality, constraints, and success criteria., • Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements, user flows, data needs, and integration points., • Decompose high-level concepts into actionable specifications that engineering, design, and QA can execute against., • Identify edge cases, operational considerations, and downstream impacts to ensure requirements are complete and grounded in real-world usage., • Partner with engineering and QA to develop comprehensive test plans, UAT scenarios, and measurable acceptance criteria., • Ensure requirements are testable, unambiguous, and aligned with expected system behavior before development begins., • Coordinate UAT cycles, consolidate feedback, drive defect triage, and communicate resolution paths to all stakeholders., • Validate that completed features and integrations meet documented requirements, quality standards, and operational readiness. Required • 4–7+ years of experience managing digital product or platform projects (mobile, cloud, IoT, or comparable complexity)., • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured plans and clear decisions., • Strong capability in cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, product, QA, and data teams., • Experience with API-driven systems, data schemas, integration workflows, or cloud services., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and framing., • Experience with connected devices, IoT platforms, or telematics programs., • Background in multi-layered digital ecosystems (apps + services + data + identity)., • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or automated customer workflows., • You create structure and momentum where others see ambiguity., • Teams consistently know what to do next and why it matters., • Risks are surfaced early, not discovered late., • Cross-org stakeholders trust your framing and rely on your judgment. You’ll operate at the intersection of mobile apps, connected devices, data systems, and next-generation AI use cases.
