Job Posting: Executive Assistant to the CEO Position Title: Executive Assistant Department: Executive Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Status: Exempt Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive, high-level administrative and bilingual (English/Spanish) support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team. The position requires exceptional organizational capability, strong communication skills, advanced professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a key administrative partner representing the executive office with internal staff, external stakeholders, and professional service providers. Essential Duties Responsibilities • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and designated senior leaders., • Draft, proofread, translate (English/Spanish), and prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents., • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange domestic/international travel., • Attend meetings as needed; take detailed notes and prepare/distribute minutes., • Review, prioritize, and summarize incoming communication for routing or action., • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval., • Oversee office support functions including supplies, recordkeeping, and basic bookkeeping., • Coordinate and execute special projects, corporate events, and time-sensitive initiatives., • Manage and protect confidential corporate and personal information.
