As one of the first points of contact for residents and guests, you will play a critical role in delivering a refined, five-star experience while setting the tone for service excellence throughout the property. This position offers a clear growth path to Concierge, making it an ideal opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance within a luxury residential environment. Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule: Schedule varies and includes day and evening shifts, generally between 8:00 am–4:30 pm and 12:30 pm–9:00 pm. Flexibility is required. This role oversees the front driveway and entrance, directing incoming traffic and coordinating closely with valet operations to manage vehicle flow and service efficiency.Responsibilities include escorting residents and guests into the building, assisting with luggage, packages, and personal items, and maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front door, driveway, and lobby areas. The role also includes valet duties such as parking, retrieving, and relocating vehicles. While the primary responsibility is door and valet coverage, this position is cross-trained at the front desk and expected to step in for Concierge coverage when needed, including monitoring lobby activity, maintaining access control, answering phones, assisting residents, and managing package distribution. Permanent Concierge shifts may become available in the future based on staffing needs and performance. RequirementsMust be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningMinimum of 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience preferredMust be willing to valet and cross-train across front desk, door host, and valet functionsValid California Driver’s License requiredHospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desiredPolished and professional appearance and demeanorPositive, team-oriented attitudeStrong judgment with a solutions-oriented mindsetProactive and service-driven approach Who We AreWith a legacy spanning four decades, Action Property Management has become the premier choice for homeowner’s association management.
