Responsibilities Summary Provides case management of Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release by administering the program’s policies and procedures as defined by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Job Description Job Purpose The Manager of Employment Partnerships is responsible for coordinating all aspects of vocational client development and support regarding employment and work readiness of transition into the workforce, including ensuring job development, coaching and transportation to and from work and training sites with the assistance of a team of Transitional Coordinators. This position must consider the capacity of the client, as well as, the areas of interest of the client. The Manager of Employment Partnerships must stay informed about industry current trends and best practices regarding the employment of the IDD population. This manager is also responsible for interfacing and communicating with all client stakeholders.
