JOB DESCRIPTION Bathhouse is seeking a proactive, skilled, and hands-on Facilities Engineer to help keep our spaces safe, functional, and beautifully maintained. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of our building — helping ensure guests have a seamless, high-quality experience every time they visit. This role is responsible for supporting the needs of the sales team and ensuring that all customer requests are addressed and that all orders flow through the system smoothly. Responsibilities: • Serve as liaison between design, sales, production, and logistics, • Monitor inventory and available to sell reports, • Review daily inventory allocation reports, • Analyze, understand, communicate, and resolve any allocation issues, • Follow up with logistics on shipping related issues, • Setting up detailed item set up sheets for customers and ensuring items properly set up in our ERP system, • Ensure showrooms are organized and set up properly, • Put together sales recaps and follow up with buyers as needed, • Ensure that all selling tools are updated as needed, • Review EDI and non-EDI orders with CSR’s to include backorders, oversold and late orders, • Submit work orders and transfer requests when needed, • Manage reporting to include bulk order reports, open orders by Salesperson, old bulk order alert CTO, Oversold order report, and backorders by salesperson, • Buyer communication as directed by Sales, • Import bulk orders into ERP, • Participate in weekly meetings as conducted by the Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager, • Keep management informed of situations that will impact department goals, • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support the department’s business needs., • Understand and follow Gina’s employee policies and procedures. Position Overview The onsite Special Events Manager position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising and mission-driven events that support the goals and values of Helpusadopt.org. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who can manage logistics, vendors, timelines, budgets, and communications while working closely with leadership, board members, and other colleagues within our small-team. This role operates from our NYC Midtown office five days per week and includes occasional evenings/weekends for live events Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Production • End-to-end, planning and management of all aspects of annual fundraising events, programs, and special initiatives, • Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, and event plans with internal stakeholders, • Maintain budgets and revenue reports, • Coordinate and work collaboratively with venues, vendors, catering, staffing, entertainment, and technology, • Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise, • Work with leadership to support revenue goals aligned events, • Coordinate sponsorships, ticketing, and donor communications, • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, • Ensure contracts, permits, insurance, and logistics are in place, • Collaborate on event marketing and outreach plans that drive attendance and awareness, • Create and produce invitations, materials, signage, and programs, • Operationalize and maintain relationships with tech partners such as OneCause, • Manage event budgets and expense tracking for all events, • Assist with post-event reporting and evaluation, • Maintain organized records of event details, planning trackers, timelines, and contacts About you You are a highly-organized, creative individual who enjoys all aspects of event planning and production for small to mid-size events.
