You’ll partner with our product and engineering teams to translate operational pain points into AI-powered solutions. Lead a Mission-Critical ProgramArchitect and scale our end-to-end member transition programs across multiple markets.Own service delivery, quality control, KPI outcomes, and continuous improvement.Build and evolve SOPs that set the gold standard for operational excellence. Build & Elevate a Global TeamInspire, train, and scale a high-performing, globally distributed operations team.Set the tone, tempo, and bar for excellence. Then raise it. Drive Operational Strategy with Product & EngineeringUse your voice at the strategy table.Work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to define tools, automations, and AI enhancements that make our system better every day. Transform Data into ActionDesign and manage dashboards that provide full visibility into program performance.Translate raw data into decisions that move the needle on satisfaction, retention, and cost-efficiency. Create Belonging Moments at ScaleEstablish proactive communication loops that earn trust from homeowners and residents at critical moments.Implement feedback systems that turn small moments into major product and process insights. What We’re Looking ForDeep experience designing and running operations in a technology-enabled, customer-centric environment.Strong fluency in systems thinking, process design, and data analytics (SQL, Looker, Tableau, etc.).Leadership in ambiguous, high-growth settings—bonus points for marketplace, logistics, or home services experience.A heart for the customer.
