Reports all injuries according to Komnino's Law 2018. Participates in the new client referral/intake process for participants. Assists with ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the department's Continuous Quality Improvement system and creates corrective action plans as needed. Ensures and monitors Fraud, Waste, Abuse understanding by all staff. Ensures that a safe and healthy environment is always maintained for clients. Cooperates with the Licensee and Division staff in any inspections or investigations.
