We're looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join us full-time in a 40-hour-per-week, W-2 role with a schedule designed to offer both structure and flexibility. The Provider position at Bicycle Health is a remote full-time addiction medicine clinical position with responsibility for the continuity care of a panel of adult patients under care primarily for opioid use disorder. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will assess new patients presenting for telemedicine-based care of opioid use disorder, determine appropriateness of enrollment in our care setting, and manage their continuity OUD treatment from initial induction through the duration of their care. Job Responsibilities: • Directs light construction, plant installation and maintenance activities on the job site, including oversight of work standards and protocols., • Manages personnel effectively and efficiently., • Monitors all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance., • Tracks and records all labor effort, materials, tasks, and sites using mobile work order management software., • Maintains a clean and safe job site at all times., • Ensures that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment., • Ensures that all crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment., • Degree or professional certifications in horticulture, or landscape practices preferred., • Arborist license and/or pesticide license preferred., • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean record., • Experience with GSI and OSHA 10 certificate preferred., • Minimum of 3 years of landscaping experience., • Availability to work 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., • Excellent verbal & written communication and time management skills., • Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions., • Familiarity with performing common landscape maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools including string trimming, weeding, sediment and trash removal, planting, heavy lifting, etc., • Able to operate mobile tablet devices quickly and efficiently., • Ability to drive truck and trailer, light machinery such as skid-steer., • Ability to identify common landscape species planted in GSI projects, including herbaceous plants, shrubs, and trees; experience with native Pennsylvania plants preferred., • Experience pruning trees to promote tree health and proper structural development. Prior experience with urban street trees is preferred., • Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated. Compensation to commensurate with experience.
