Responsibilities:, • You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ websites and internal systems operate smoothly, combining technical upkeep, light development, and hands-on learning., • Conduct WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates across various client sites., • Perform regular backups, manage update logs, and maintain organized technical records., • Edit and update existing WordPress sites, focusing on content, styling, and functionality., • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugins, layouts, or content display., • Conduct QA testing, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility assessments., • Assist with plugin setup and maintenance, particularly with Gravity Forms, SEO tools, and analytics integrations., • Support domain registration, DNS configuration, and SSL renewals, as well as server and hosting administration (WP Engine and Linux VPS)., • Help monitor website uptime, manage basic security alerts, and report issues proactively., • Provide technical support for in-office systems, including Mac hardware, networking, and software, while maintaining the smooth operation of Splendor’s Apple environment and connected devices., • Collaborate with designers and senior developers to transform layered PSD or Figma designs into functional web pages., • Build responsive layouts utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP., • Develop skills in creating and modifying Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) modules within PHP theme templates., • Contribute to performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO enhancements., • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a clear, organized, and efficient manner., • Gain exposure to agency workflows, best practices, and development standards while advancing your skill set toward a full WordPress developer role.
