Job Description: Position Summary: The Geriatrician functions as the attending physician for geriatric (and other) patients within one or more clinical venues of Hebrew Rehabilitation Center (HRC). Works closely with other members of the clinical care team including specialty consultants, nurse practitioners, therapists, nursing staff and other care providers. At its core, enhanced housing with services is a proactive approach wherein resident services staff regularly and actively reach out to each resident to engage with them around their health and wellness, identify areas of need/risk, and provide intensive, individualized case management and support as needed and desired by the resident. This role will play a vital role in creating and executing comprehensive engagement strategy by developing a best-in-class experience with external stakeholders. You will be responsible for establishing and managing Key Thought Leaders and driving advocacy, identifying and cultivating relationships with emerging leaders and rising stars, managing key stakeholder relationships (e.g., academic institutions, professional associations, congress organization committees, pathway committee members), and gathering market insights to inform the development and execution of successful commercial strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will be a driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented individual with a proven competency for scientific knowledge and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with KTLs and internal teams. Minimum Qualifications: • BA/BS degree required., • 7+ years (or 5+ years with advanced degree) proven experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry brand marketing and sales (preferred), • Proven successful track record of relationship building with external stakeholders, while extracting insights that are relevant for the business strategies and ongoing plans.
