Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a background in elder law to support our attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare legal documents related to elder law (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, Medicaid applications, etc.), • Assist with client intake, communication, and case management, • Maintain and organize client files and documentation, • Conduct legal research as needed, • Coordinate with clients, courts, and external partners, • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal (elder law experience strongly preferred), • Familiarity with estate planning and/or Medicaid planning, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently, • Close-knit, supportive work environment, • Meaningful work helping families plan for the future, • Opportunity to take ownership and make an impactCompany DescriptionEstate planning and elder law firmEstate planning and elder law firm
