Job DescriptionSalary: $55,000 - $70,000 Our firm is searching for a Human Resource & Talent Coordinator to work out of our Madison Avenue location. This role will partner closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate the hiring of talented team members, support local operations, and manage internal & external relationships. Responsibilities • Coordinate the selection process for staff & associate job openings., • Manage internal & external job posts., • Assist with creation of job descriptions and role documents., • Source qualified candidates using talent management systems., • Screen candidates & schedule follow-up interviews., • Administer skills and selection assessment tools., • Partner with Hiring Managers & Office Leadership to meet time-to-fill & applicant standards., • Coordinate new hire onboarding & first week preparation., • Ensure a high degree of hiring manager & candidate satisfaction., • Provide weekly reporting to hiring managers & leadership on progress & pipeline., • Lead on local event planning & meeting coordination, • Provide support for on-site events, including coordinating catering, guests, conference room reservations, and partnership with local building management., • Help setup & breakdown meeting spaces for in-person gatherings., • Coordinate with any applicable 3rd-party vendors to ensure all events go smoothly., • Assist the Operations Manager with local office tasks., • Regularly review & maintain a directory of all local operational processes., • Identify any local issues & partner to resolve any outstanding items., • Bring forward recommendations on efficiencies & improvements., • Partner to develop relationships with outside vendors & building management., • Provide back-up coverage for Reception & Check Processing. Qualifications • 1 - 2 Years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or Operations., • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business concentration., • High degree of initiative., • Superior written and oral communication skills., • Demonstrated use of time management skills., • High degree of organizational skills., • Ability to take independent action to make sound decisions., • Knowledge of computer technology, hardware and software., • Ability to be flexible and open minded., • Team orientated.
