Job Description Overview: As a residential Compliance and Property Manager your duties are to help the non-profit owner preserve and increase the value of their real estate investments. This includes the preservation of affordable housing for low-income families in the Manhattan Valley, Harlem, and Washington Heights area of Manhattan.
