We’re on the hunt for a General Manager who can run the show, keep the energy right, grow our team and our impact in the community, and make sure every shift feels like the best one yet. THE ROLE The General Manager is the leader, culture champion, and heartbeat of the restaurant — bringing a servant leadership mindset and an ownership mentality to everything you do, living to serve your guests, your team, and your community with a true obsession for hospitality. You’re leading the team, keeping the guests happy, owning the financials, and making sure the numbers add up by the end of the night. You report to the Director of Operations, but on the ground, you’re the one calling the shots. This is a hands-on role for someone who can inspire a team, develop future leaders, run a tight operation, and deliver consistent results in a high-volume environment — without losing the fun along the way. Management — Own and deliver revenue, profitability, and operating income targets for your restaurant — Manage inventory, place orders, and negotiate vendor contracts that keep costs in check without cutting corners — Keep an eye on waste and find smart ways to bring food, beverage, and labor costs down — Build and manage the annual budget — forecasting, tracking, and adjusting along the way — Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and key performance indicators to spot trends, tighten cost controls, and maximize profitability WHAT YOU BRING — Energy and communication skills that connect multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized when it gets busy — Comfort using a Mac and/or PC and reading financial reports — At least 21 years old, with 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, including at least 3 years as a General Manager in a high-volume environment — Availability for 45-50 hours a week with the flexibility for weekends and closing shifts — and the stamina to be on your feet 8–10 hours a day, lifting up to 20 lbs — Comfort working in warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors, with higher noise levels, and around common allergens including peanut
