Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of field based Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This is an excellent entry-level role in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The team will be dedicated to providing services to Inizio’s client, Pfizer. The main objective of the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives position is to increase awareness of high/at-risk patient type for COVID-19. This is a Field Contracted Team with the ability to create awareness on high/at-risk patients for COVID-19 with targeted HCPs along with urgent cares and retail pharmacies as directed. This role will report to the Area Business Manager. Your role will involve: • Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options, • Educating identified targets to ensure customer preparedness on patient identification as above., • Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact with customers as defined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work (SOW)., • Ensure close collaboration with customer-facing colleagues to ensure goals are aligned and efforts are coordinated by channel and across field deployments., • Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies and assess the business to prioritize opportunities and develop/implement a plan of action designed to maximize sales impact at the local level., • Operate in a team environment that is based on a culture of high collaboration and that encourages ideas. What will you be doing? • HCP engagement will involve probing, answering questions (e.g., drug to drug interaction management, where to find supply, who is high-risk and eligible for treatment), • Maintain an expert understanding of the Product, patient education, consumer education, and factors influencing the market environment. Job Description Newly created position due to LHCSA services growth in CNY and Catskill region. Will require paid travel throughout the CNY region as well as Otsego, Delaware and Schoharie Counties. Role and Responsibilities The RN Care Services Supervisor is responsible for managing client care as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, to achieve positive patient outcomes regardless of payer. This role is also highly focused on Aide retention operates within the Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA). The RN Care Services Supervisor is a dedicated to participating in our Home Health Aide Training Program (HHATP) teaching new staff to be Aides. They will follow Aides from the classroom to the field so they can transition seamlessly and apply learning to hands on patient care. This role will be responsible for developing the overall plan of care for clients and the outcome of that care, including care delivered by other staff (LPN, HHA, PCA) who must be directed and supervised by the LHCSA RN. Essential Functions RN Case Management Functions: Overall responsibilities include: providing and coordinating quality patient care while maintaining a case load/productivity as assigned by direct supervisor. This includes classroom time with a Clinical Educator, and under the supervision of an experienced Preceptor, guided hands-on experience in the home visiting nurse realm. Role and Responsibilities The RN Case Manager will administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing service. Teach and supervise the family and other members of the nursing team. Perform these services in accordance with the physician’s orders.
