Schedule Options: * Weekday Evenings: 4:00pm – 12:00am * Weekday Overnights: 12:00am – 6:30am * Weekends: Flexible open availability Clinical Experience Required: * G-Tube feeding * Catheterizations * Nebulizer treatments * Epi-Pen administration * Seizure precautions / epilepsy supervision Key Responsibilities: * Deliver direct pediatric nursing care in the home setting. * Administer prescribed medications and treatments. * Monitor, document, and report client's health status. * Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions. * Manage and maintain medical devices (feeding tubes, catheters, etc.). * Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers. * Follow the individualized care plan set by the RN Case Manager and physician. * Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
