This role involves traveling to contracted facilities, adapting quickly to new environments, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic and interventional EP services. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, operate, and maintain electrophysiology lab equipment, including mapping systems, recording devices, stimulators, and ablation technologies., • Assist physicians during complex EP procedures such as ablations, device implants (pacemakers, ICDs, CRT), and diagnostic studies., • Monitor patient status and cardiac rhythms during procedures, ensuring patient safety., • Collect, document, and analyze data related to cardiac electrophysiology studies., • Perform sterile scrub and circulating duties as required., • Ensure accurate equipment setup, troubleshooting, and compliance with facility and manufacturer standards., • Maintain strict adherence to infection control, radiation safety, and procedural protocols., • Provide patient education and support before, during, and after procedures., • Adapt quickly to different healthcare environments, workflows, and team dynamics while maintaining consistency in quality of care.
