Job DescriptionJob Title: Assembler Job Description As an assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and inspection of a diverse range of electronic products. This position requires mechanical aptitude, intermediate manufacturing experience, and proficiency in English to follow work instructions and safety guidelines. Responsibilities • Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards., • Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects to the shift leader or manager., • Foster a high-performing team environment through daily communication with supervisors and colleagues in all manufacturing areas., • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including overtime as required by production needs., • Provide regular feedback to management regarding potential product and assembly process improvements., • Comply with all company policies and programs, including those regarding ethics, conduct, safety, security, ISO, and continuous improvement., • Maintain compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations., • Help create and maintain facilities for your area of responsibility, ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection., • Perform all other related duties as assigned. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
