Job Description New Business Development Position - Interviewing Now! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for partnering with our Business Development Team to generating new opportunities and bring on new clients in this fast paced, exciting environment. This will include the Greensboro/Raleigh/Charlotte markets. We’re looking for a candidate who is willing to make a commitment to learning our business, our industry, and investing in an exciting career within our organization. This opportunity calls on Long Term Care Communities for our Primary Care And Behavioral Health services. Responsibilities: • Develop strategy formulation and direct business development activities of assigned area, • Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key partners and customers, • Develop and implement strategic plans which increase business for LifeSource, • Understanding and articulation of the value that LifeSource brings, to the patients & clients, • Communication of the customers’ needs and requirements within the organization, • Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships, • Manage multiple prospective accounts, • Attendance of Customer Start Up Meetings, • Obtaining and entering updated client data for internal database, • Other responsibilities as assigned... Skills and Competencies: • Strong prospecting, territory management, and account management and closing skills, • Strong outside sales experience, • Strong networking skills, • Excellent communication skills both written and oral, • Excellent analytical skills, • Excellence presentation skills, • Effective listener Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical related field preferred, but open to other Grads with Medical Field Experience. (Sales/Marketing/Service)., • 3+ years of outside sales experience, • Experienced with strategic planning processes, marketing and business development activities, • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, • Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory, • LTC/Nursing/Skilled Nursing Facility experience a BIG plus Travel expenses reimbursed Company DescriptionLifeSource, Inc. is a successful, established and growing multi-specialty health services company with practices located throughout the USA.
