Recruitment will take place Nov- Dec, hiring in JanWhat we're looking for Candidate for this role should live in the greater Seattle area, as you'll be responsible for managing and helping staff local events. This role will require a minimum of two days per week worked onsite in our Seattle office. C+C is seeking a highly organized, and self-motivated Events Marketing Coordinator (Account Executive) to successfully coordinate small, to large-scale events for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate understands all levels of event management from planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting. This role requires client facing communication abilities, along with the skills necessary to coordinate scheduling, and manage a group of brand ambassadors who support events. Responsibilities • Plan and manage multiple small, mid, and large-scale events, including tabling sessions and PR initiatives, • Manage C+C's brand ambassador program including recruiting, scheduling, training, and reporting. Act as the ambassadors' day-to-day main point of contact for their overall experience at C+C., • Plan and schedule event trainings to increase team product knowledge as applicable, • Develop, organize, and coordinate retention strategies to minimize turnover of brand ambassadors, • Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and reports, • Support client meetings to provide key learnings from events, event status and any pivots needed, • Support production of projects and events (e.g., collateral materials, organizing staffing, creating logistics plans, etc.), • Managing storage unit tasks to ensure events materials are accessible for brand ambassadors. Must have ability to lift 50 pounds, • Ability to staff events when needed, including some weekends and evenings in King, Pierce, Whatcom, Snohomish, and Kitsap County, • Will drive over 300 miles during event season to different events and client storage unitsQualifications, • At least 2 years of event planning experience (marketing/communications agency experience preferred), including people management, scheduling and problem resolution, • Previous experience with client invoices and budgets, • Experience creating training documents, • Ability to fill in to staff events as needed, • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation, • Great relationship skills with teammates and clients, • Ability to proactively identify the tactics needed to jumpstart client projects, • Ability and love of multi-tasking; excellent organization skills, • Resourcefulness and a focus on seeing the work through to the end, • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience, • Effective with Microsoft Office– Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, • Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Teams, Zoom a plus BENEFITS INCLUDE: • Health insurance premiums (medical, vision, dental) paid in full for your coverage, along with up to $1300 contributed annually to your Health Savings Account, • Company paid life insurance, long-term disability and short-term disability policies, • Up to 4% company match contributed to your 401(k), • Starting Paid Time Off of 17 days per year, plus 12 paid company holidays, • Flexible Spending Account, • Employee Assistance Program, • Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers, • Work-from-home stipend for office set up, • Monthly cell phone stipend, • Full reimbursement for commuting via public transportation If the following metrics of success sing to you, then we think you'll really love being part of our team.
