Most people look for a job. We’re looking for someone who wants more than that. This is an opportunity to build something that’s yours — your book of clients, your income, your reputation. You’re not just selling a product. You’re helping individuals and families make some of the most important decisions of their lives. There’s no ceiling here. What you earn is directly tied to what you build. What You’ll Do You’ll connect with people, understand their goals, and guide them toward smart, long-term decisions that protect what matters most to them. Every conversation is different. Every client is different. Your role is to listen, advise, and build trust. You’ll be responsible for: • Building your own pipeline of clients, • Following up and staying consistent, • Educating people in a simple, clear way, • Closing business and growing your book, • Creating long-term relationships, not one-time transactions, • What Makes This Different You’re not walking into a cold start. You’ll have access to: • A steady flow of interested prospects, • A system that helps you stay on top of every conversation, • Proven scripts and processes that actually work, • Ongoing mentorship from top performers, • A clear path to leadership and ownership This is built for people who want to move fast. Who This Is For You don’t need years of experience. But you do need the right mindset. You’re someone who: • Is driven by results and wants control over your income, • Can handle rejection and keep going, • Communicates well and builds trust quickly, • Wants to grow into leadership or ownership, • Is tired of capped income and limited growth, • What You Get, • Uncapped earning potential, • Performance-based bonuses and incentives, • Flexible schedule, • Leadership opportunities as you grow, • The ability to build something that’s truly yours
