Job Description Formulation R&D Chemist Job Description We are seeking a Formulation R&D Chemist with strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing R&D projects from concept to commercialization. Responsibilities • Develop and optimize formulations., • Supervise and mentor R&D staff., • Manage scale-up processes and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges., • Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, and cGMP regulations., • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field., • 8+ years of formulation experience or 5+ years with a Master's degree., • Strong regulatory knowledge and analytical skills., • Excellent project management and communication abilities., • Leadership skills preferred., • Experience in relevant industries such as personal care This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corona, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $63.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
