Job Description Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician Reports To: Corporate Director of Facilities Location: Multi-site (Corona HQ + All 7 Hospital Campuses) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $68,640 to $108,160 annually Position Summary The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems across KPC Health’s seven hospitals and affiliated buildings in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. The technician ensures that HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards to support critical healthcare environments.
