Participates in an annual CMA skills competency check which meets the requirements contained in the standardized clinical skills competency checklist used to certify medication aides. 5c. Successful demonstration of CMA skills during quarterly observations conducted by a licensed registered professional nurse or a pharmacist 5d. Follow state CMA protocols in order for the community to maintain compliance and successful completion of quarterly drug regimen reviews conducted by a licensed pharmacist 5f.
