The Position: We are seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager – Retail / Rollout to join our San Diego (Solana Beach) studio. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on managing multiple retail and rollout projects from concept through completion, with a strong emphasis on production, execution, and delivery. What You’ll Do • Lead and manage multiple retail and rollout projects simultaneously from planning through completion, • Develop and oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and successful project outcomes, • Drive production efforts with a hands-on approach, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revit-based documentation, • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, consultants, and contractors, • Mentor and support junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment, • Monitor project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and collections, • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track, • Oversee quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet design intent and firm standards, • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within an architectural firm, • Strong experience managing retail and/or rollout projects, • High proficiency in Revit with a production-focused mindset, • Solid understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and permitting processes, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills, • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities What’s Offered • Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000 DOE, • Bi-annual bonus opportunities, • Competitive full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, • 401(k) and retirement planning options, • Generous PTO, vacation, sick time, and holidays, • Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office), • Collaborative, team-driven culture with strong leadership support, • Opportunity to work on high-profile national retail programs Apply Today: Apply directly to this job ad with your updated resume, then email it to the recruiter listed below for a prompt review and consideration.
