Key Responsibilities • Guest Connection, • Greet guests warmly & guide them through our small-space experience., • Take orders accurately, share menu insights, and build genuine rapport., • Open Kitchen Harmony Seamlessly connect guests with our visible kitchen team. Present dishes knowledgeably in our unique open setting. Spotless Standards: • Maintain impeccable cleanliness daily, following all Connecticut Health Department laws., • Keep dining areas, service stations, and your section tidy and sanitized. Small Team Flow: • Process payments efficiently., • Help with setup/breakdown – we all pitch in! Work closely & supportively with the whole small team. We're Looking For: A positive, team-oriented attitude. * Great communication skills & a warm, welcoming presence. * Comfort working in a compact, open-kitchen environment. * Strong understanding of cleanliness and food safety. * Reliability and grace under pressure. * Ability to be on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs.
