Responsibilities Perform expert brow shaping, tinting and laminations utilizing our precision mapping and color matching technique. Perform effective lash lifts and tinting using latest techniques. Provide exceptional guest services by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and upselling services or retail products. Ensure client records are completed accurately in a timely manner. Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations during all procedures. Manage appointment scheduling using acuity scheduling or other studio software efficiently to maximize client flow. Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and foster community engagement. Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Stay current on industry trends to continually improve service offerings. Support other team members as needed. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required. Experience providing brow and lash services, or other related esthetic services preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals. Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations within a salon or spa environment. Background in customer service is highly desirable. The ability to communicate and document in English is required for this role. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
