Professional Presentation & Venue Standards • Maintain a polished, sophisticated, and fashion-forward professional appearance appropriate for an upscale restaurant and nightlife environment., • Adhere to all established uniform, grooming, hygiene, and presentation standards., • Maintain professional body language and posture while stationed at the entrance, host desk, coat check, or throughout guest-facing areas., • Avoid personal phone use, eating, leaning, congregating, or other behavior inconsistent with the professional presentation of the venue while in guest view., • Understand that the Host team contributes directly to the atmosphere and visual presentation of the restaurant while maintaining professionalism at all times. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services including, but not limited to, mental health support, career counseling, personal guidance and development, life skills, and referrals. The Social Worker will work in both individual and group settings to help clients overcome personal and professional barriers. The individual selected for this position will be under the direct supervision of the CRED Program Director, will conduct themselves in a professional manner, and will comply with all standards set forth by United Activities Unlimited and the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development.
