Job Description Logistics Project Coordinator Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite - Full Time) Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 Company Overview We are a fast-paced, growth-focused logistics and operations company serving B2B and B2C markets. We specialize in streamlining supply chain operations, improving delivery performance, and optimizing project execution across departments. As our internal systems and workflows evolve, we're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to help drive forward operational excellence. Position Overview This is a highly visible, cross-functional role focused on project planning, ROI analysis, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution. You'll lead projects from concept to execution, working closely with logistics, operations, and technical teams. To succeed, you must be highly organized, systems-oriented, and capable of managing escalations and bottlenecks in real time. The Ideal Candidate You're proactive, process-driven, and passionate about logistics and project delivery. You love translating high-level business needs into structured plans. You're not afraid to ask the hard questions, solve unexpected problems, and take full ownership of project results.
