Job DescriptionJob Title: Production TechnicianJob Description The Production Technician is responsible for the assembly, testing, calibration, and inspection of advanced sensor and electronic products. This role supports the manufacturing of high‑precision solutions used across automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, and manufacturing industries. Responsibilities • Assemble, test, calibrate, and inspect products according to detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering drawings., • Perform precision assembly operations including soldering, mechanical fastening, and adhesive bonding using microscopes and small hand tools., • Conduct visual inspections, functional testing, and calibration to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications., • Operate and maintain basic production equipment used in the assembly and calibration of sensors and transducers., • Accurately document work performed and report discrepancies or quality issues to supervision and engineering teams., • Follow all safety, quality, and process standards while meeting productivity expectations., • Collaborate with teammates and engineering staff to resolve issues as they arise., • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in a controlled production environment.Essential Skills, • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent., • Ability to work with precision components under a binocular microscope for extended periods., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality., • Ability to follow written instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures., • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience soldering fine‑pitch electronic components., • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, shakers, welders, bead blasters, or similar production equipment., • Previous experience in electronics, sensor manufacturing, or regulated manufacturing environments., • Basic knowledge of quality systems or inspection processes., • Willingness to learn new processes through structured training programs.Schedule & Pay, • Shift: First shift, Monday through Friday, • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, • Pay Rate: $20–$26 per hour, based on experience, • Overtime: Available as needed, never mandatoryWhy Work Here?, • Full medical coverage and comprehensive benefits, • Close‑knit, team‑oriented work environment, • Extensive hands‑on training and ongoing skill development, • Weekly involvement in custom project work, • Long‑tenured workforce and stable client base offering long‑term career growth, • Clean, well‑maintained facility with regularly updated equipment and tools Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
